STRATEGIST.

HOW I GOT HERE.

My journey began as a Division I Collegiate athlete, where I honed my skills in teamwork, perseverance, and strategic planning.

These foundational lessons were further refined through my Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, where I developed a detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.

My adventure as a contestant on the 38th season of CBS's Survivor was a turning point, igniting my passion for brand and marketing strategy.

This experience underscored the immense power of storytelling and genuine connections, showing me firsthand how to leverage these elements to build compelling brand narratives.

I excel at the intersection of data and creativity, crafting strategies that deeply resonate with target audiences. My understanding of human behavior and emotions allows me to create compelling narratives and build strong, authentic connections between brands and their communities. Specializing in strategic storytelling, I focus on developing shared experiences and fostering a genuine community built on the foundation of shared values or belief system.

My diverse background in sports, healthcare, and entertainment equips me with a unique perspective, enabling me to relentlessly tackle challenges with both creativity and precision.

I am dedicated to bridging the gap between brands and their people through the power of strategic storytelling.

WON'T TELL YOU.

adobe creative suite

I am a fully self-taught "graphic designer". I had no prior experience or formal training with Adobe Creative Suite. But when my company needed a graphic designer, I saw it not as a challenge, but as an opportunity. I dedicated countless nights and weekends to learning the ins and outs of the software, driven by my belief that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing well. Now, I’ve become proficient in tools that were once foreign to me—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are no longer just names I’ve heard of, but skills I’ve honed through relentless practice and perseverance. It’s more than just acquiring a new skill set; it’s about embracing the mindset that no matter the task, I’ll tackle it head-on, learn what I need to, and get the job done.

moments that matter

Crafting unforgettable experiences is where my passion truly comes to life. I thrive on the challenge of meticulously planning every detail, ensuring that each event I organize does more than just promote a brand—it connects with people on a deeper level and leaves a lasting impact. From the first spark of an idea to the final moments of execution, I pour my heart into every aspect, knowing that it’s the small details that make the biggest difference. I’ve had the privilege of managing every detail, from selecting the perfect venue to crafting a brand identity that sticks, driving a marketing strategy that draws people in, and building partnerships that take the experience to the next level. But it doesn’t stop there. I’ve also organized large-scale events in collaboration with nonprofits, bringing together over 700 attendees each time. These events aren’t just about gathering people—they’re about creating shared experiences that matter. For me, experiential marketing is all about making those moments count, and I’m committed to crafting experiences that do just that.

man in the arena

My favorite quote has been a guiding light in every pivotal moment of my life. It’s the quote my dad would send me before those scary, vulnerable, nerve-wracking moments that make you wonder if putting yourself out there is really worth the risk. Moments like stepping onto the high school campus I’d chosen, without knowing a single person, just to play on the best soccer team in the city. Or the first soccer practice back at Baylor after a heartbreaking ACL tear. And, of course, the day I boarded a plane to Fiji to chase my lifelong dream of competing on Survivor. "The Man in The Arena" by Theodore Roosevelt has been more than just words to me—it’s been a creed. It encapsulates my relentless pursuit of excellence, my unwavering commitment to fighting for what I believe in, my fierce loyalty to those I care about, and my dedication to always stepping into the arenas that matter most to me. Whether I fail or fly, the risk has always been worth it.

TLDR

I was a Division I collegiate soccer player at Baylor University - so I know what it takes to dedicate your life to a goal and relentlessly pursue it despite every obstacle you encounter.
I know what it means to be a selfless team player, believing at my core that no task is too small,
& I not only adapt but thrive in moments of adversity.

I earned my Masters of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University - so i'm like really smart ;)
But beyond intelligence I know how to efficiently find the answer to any question, understanding that this sometimes requires the humble sentence: "I don't know right now, but I will find someone who does."

I can also identify sharp wave ripple incidents in the CA1 and CA3 subregions of the hippocampus.... but I digress.

I was a finalist on the 38th Season of Survivor - so I know how to build authentic and genuine relationships with individuals from starkly different backgrounds, finding commonality and shared values through storytelling and empathy.

These diverse experiences have led me to my passion for building communities through strategic storytelling and shared experiences that resonate with audiences on a deep emotional level and leave a lasting impact.
